Meet Mrs. Dyson

Hello!  My name is Dara Dyson and I am excited to teach 3rd grade math and science at Garden Ridge Elementary!

   This is my 21st year of teaching, my 9th here at Garden Ridge. I have been with CISD for 16 years. I am really looking forward to this year!  I graduated from Illinois State University in 2003 and relocated to teach in Texas.  

 My husband, Mike, and I have three children who attend schools in Comal ISD.  Aubrey is 14 and a freshman at Davenport, Wade is 13 and an 8th grader at Danville Middle, and Ainsley is 8 and is here with us at Garden Ridge Elementary.  They are such a blessing!  Some of the things I enjoy doing are reading, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with my family.
