Welcome Wolf Families and Friends to Garden Ridge Elementary!
At Garden Ridge Elementary, we have skillful and compassionate teachers and staff who focus on creating classroom activities that engage our students in learning. Our mission is to help every child feel welcome, connected, and a part of the GRES family. Together, we strive to challenge each student to grow in his or her academic abilities and to be college-ready when they graduate from Comal ISD.
We offer a diverse range of programs, from Chess Club to Strings, to spark students' interests and nurture a positive campus culture. Our comprehensive counseling program provides support for each student's unique journey. We also encourage student leadership and offer various extracurricular activities, such as Safety Patrol and Den Duties. We value our entire school community and encourage active participation from parents and guardians through our PTA.
Please be sure to take a peek at some of the upcoming event dates and be sure to mark your calendars. We have a very strong PTA program and throughout the year we have multiple opportunities for family members to volunteer at our school, so we hope to see you around campus. As partners in your child’s education, we encourage you to communicate with us regularly with any successes/questions/concerns that you may have.
