Clear Channel Outdoor San Antonio has partnered with the Comal independent School District to promote the district’s focus on educational excellence. The district is featuring its most recent valedictorians on digital billboards in and around San Antonio, thanks to Clear Channel Outdoor.
All four valedictorians from Comal ISD’s high schools are being featured on Clear Channel’s digital billboards through August. The recent graduates include Kyleigh Murphy from Canyon High, Audrey Schulze from Canyon Lake High, Chandler Nolte from Memorial Early College High and Luke Estes from Smithson Valley High.
“This is just one way that we can give back to the community,” said Luis de al Torre, president and general manager of Clear Channel Outdoor San Antonio. “Our digital billboards give us the flexibility to partner with community organizations to advertise, promote and engage our audience. We are honored to promote the academic achievements of these local students.”
These four graduates represent the district’s 2019 graduates, totaling 1,492, who are set to embark on their futures including attending colleges or trade schools, serving in the armed forces and embarking on careers in the workforce.
“These students are a visual representation of our commitment to every one of our students to go beyond the classroom and achieve their best in life,” said Andrew Kim, Comal ISD’s superintendent. “We are proud to have these students represent Comal ISD, and we are appreciative of our partnership with Clear Channel to allow us to feature them.”
